調(diào)整刀具間隙：Adjusting gap of cutter

固定其中一把定刀，以此調(diào)整三把主軸上的活動(dòng)刀于定刀間隙（0.6~1mm），根據(jù)活動(dòng)刀再固定*后一把定刀。
Fixing one cutter, and then adjusting the 3 movable cutters at the main shaft and the gap of the fixed cutter (0.6~1mm); afterwards, fix the last cutter according to the movable cutter.

開機(jī)檢查：Inspection before start-up

在使用前應(yīng)檢查各部緊固是否松動(dòng)，打開加料蓋，手動(dòng)轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)主軸檢查刀具與機(jī)腔篩網(wǎng)是否異常。合上加料蓋并固定，啟動(dòng)電機(jī)空轉(zhuǎn)機(jī)器，聽機(jī)器是否有異常聲音，看各傳動(dòng)、轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)部件是否平穩(wěn)。
Inspect if the fasteners at each section unfasten or not; open the feeding cover, turn the main shaft by hand to see if cutter and sieve works normally; close and fix the feeding cover, and then start the motor to make the crusher run without load, at this time, it should hear if there is any abnormal sound; and see if each transmission component or rotatable part works stably.

注意事項(xiàng)：Precautions

本機(jī)轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)時(shí)不得將手或身體某部置于機(jī)器中，粉碎腔內(nèi)不能進(jìn)入大于1.5mm鐵或金屬類堅(jiān)硬物質(zhì)。
When the crusher works, it is prohibited to put hand or body into the machine; no hard materials, such as the metal with a size of 1.5mm are allowed to access to the crushing cavity.

安裝與維護(hù)：Installation and maintenance

本機(jī)可獨(dú)立置于水平地面，需地腳固定。
The crusher can be placed on the ground horizontally, fixing by the foundation bolts.

各部運(yùn)動(dòng)處因每1000小時(shí)加油脂一次。

Each 1000 hours the rotating places must be injected the oil grease for lubrication.

失效與解決：Failure and troubleshooting

1、    電機(jī)不轉(zhuǎn)：檢查各區(qū)電路，手動(dòng)轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)刀軸是否靈活。修整電路、跟換或調(diào)整轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)部件。Motor fails to work: check the circuit; turn cutter’s shaft by hand to see if it works flexibly; repair circuit, replace or adjust the rotatable components.

2、    出料不暢機(jī)腔過熱：檢查風(fēng)機(jī)是否反轉(zhuǎn)，風(fēng)管是否密封，風(fēng)管、出料口是否堵塞，篩網(wǎng)是否過細(xì)。Discharging is blocked or machine is too hot: check if fan works reversely or air pipe is sealed; check if air pipe or discharging opening is blocked and sieve pore is too small.

產(chǎn)量達(dá)不到要求：檢查刀具鋒利程度，進(jìn)料出料是否順暢，粉碎要求超標(biāo)。
Output is far less than the given capability: check if the cutter is sharp as usual, if the feeding and discharging goes smoothly; if crushing exceeds the given standard.
