供棧碼垛機是將已裝入容器的紙箱，按一定排列碼放在托盤上，進行自行堆碼，可堆碼多層，然后推出，便于叉車運行至倉庫儲存，本設備采用PLC觸摸屏控制，實現智能化操作管理，簡便，易掌握。可大大的減少勞動人員和降低勞動強度。采用高度、平穩、節省空間的理念設計，采用分開式脫板、更快速、更節省空間。一機多用，調整迅速，不必為更換堆疊產品而煩惱，適用范圍：瓦楞紙箱、塑膠箱、桶裝包裝物、袋裝包裝物，當一垛碼完，自動走出到叉車位，同時空棧板自動走到碼垛工位，下一個碼垛流程重新開始。
★ 采用觸摸屏操作實現人機對話，可顯示生產速度，故障原因及位置，自動化程度高，采用PLC可編程序對紙箱的排序堆垛層數，棧板供應排出均可編入程序進行控制。
★ 采用日本CMC公司生產的鏈條具有抗磨損好、精度高、傳輸穩定等特點
★ 采用德國FESTO或臺灣CHELIC、日本SMC生產的氣動元件和氣缸、質量、性能可靠。
★ 安全門罩設有接近開關感應裝置，當罩門打開時，機器停止運轉，可對人起到保護作用
★ 堆垛方式調整，方便、簡單、可在觸摸屏中設置，碼垛穩定、高效、可大大節省人力。
★ 紙箱供應系統采用剎車馬達控制，，保證按預定設定好的位置輸送紙箱。
★ 棧板庫容量大，可容納12-15個空棧板，可實現自動供應棧板。

The stacking palletizer is used to arrange the cartons on the pallet automatically. It is convenient for forklift to work and store in the warehouse. PLC and touch panel is used to control the machine which makes the operation more easy and convenient. It can also greatly reduce the number of operators and labor intensity. The design concept of high, stable and area-saved is accepted. It can be adjusted quickly and easily.

1.Touch panel is used to realize man-machine interaction. It can show capacity, breakdown reason and location on the panel. The number of the carton floors and the supply of the pallet can be controlled by PLC programming.
2.The chain produced in Japan CMC Company has the character of anti-wearing, high accurate, stable and so on.
3.The pneumatic components and air cylinders from Germany FESTO,Taiwan CHELIC or Japan CMC is qualified and reliable.
4.There is electric induction system in the safe door and cover. When the cover is open, the machine will stop working so that it will protect the safety of operators.
5.The adjustment of stacking is easy and convenient by the ways of operating on the touch panel. It is stable and efficient so that it can greatly reduce the labor.
6.Carton supply system is controlled by brake motor to guarantee the cartons will be conveyed to the setting position.
7.The pallet warehouse is very large and it can be supplied automatically.
8.Motor and reduction box is from Germany Nord Company.
